Welcome!

The Southeast Environmental Task Force (also known in various circles as SETF, SETaskforce, or simply, the Task Force) is a grass-roots not-for-profit focusing on environmental education, open space preservation and pollution prevention in Chicago's Southeast Side.  Please use the menu to learn more about us (e.g. our leadership, our core values, or how to contact us) and find more information about our programs.  Our blog is updated with pictures from events and notices about advocacy efforts, so be sure to check that out as well.

Also note the calendar of events, which includes upcoming dates for Task Force activities as well as those hosted by our CSI partners.
